Sunday Services

9:30 Communion Service
11:00 Worship Service
11:25 Sunday School for Kids
2:30 Youth Group for Students grade 6-12

Our Communion Service (Worship & Remembrance Service) is a quiet reflective service with occasional songs and sharing, and closing with taking communion together with the intention of remembering Christ's great sacrfice to reconcile us to God.

Our Worship Service (Family Bible Hour) consists of praising God together followed by a message out of His Word. We will be starting our series on the book of Judges in January. We are finishing up our 3-part series on Men and Women in the Church. This series and many of our past series may be found on our sermons page.

Middle school and high school students get together every Sunday at 2:30 pm. They enjoy a variety of games and activities and also spend time growing in their relationship with God. The official end time of youth group is 4:30 pm, but you will often find students and leaders hanging out until 6:00 pm.

About Us

Our purpose as a body of believers at Eastgate Bible Chapel is “to glorify God in all we do.” Our aim is to glorify God by making known and meaningful the characteristics of God.

What We Believe

We believe the Lord Jesus Christ accomplished our redemption through His sacrificial death on the cross, and that we know we are redeemed because He rose from the dead.

Each Sunday we are taught directing from a passage in the Bible. Our series include Old Testament and New Testament books, with occasional topical studies in between.

While we recognize Christ as the only head of the church, the New Testament describes human leadership as a plurality of elders. These men, raised up by the Holy Spirit, and recognized by the body, are to oversee, shepherd and lead the flock both by example and instruction. While we do not recognize any person as “the pastor”, we do recognize the possibility of one or more people being free to serve the body on a full-time basis as the need requires (Acts 6:1-7; 20:17-30; 1 Timothy 3:1-13).
